todah
Todah is usually translated as thanksgiving or thank offering. It is the Hebrew word for thank you in Israel today. For some reason it is said to mean praising God for what he’s going to do. There is no biblical basis for saying this, although speaking out our confidence in what God will do is a really good thing to do!
